Walsh Investment Company has started and/or acquired several operating companies over the course of its history. Because we invest our own capital, we are able to invest with a flexible, opportunistic approach. We are not obligated to enter or exit investments at pre-specified time horizons, nor do we feel the need to complete multiple transactions in a short period of time for the sake of raising the next fund. Our freedom from a traditional fund structure enables us to invest without conflicting interests.
