105 West Highland Drive Condominiums

Seattle

1995

Eight story luxury condominium development on the south slope of Queen Anne overlooking downtown Seattle.

The eight floor luxury condominium building at 105 Highland Drive on scenic Queen Anne Hill, is one of the most desirable addresses in Seattle, Washington. The expansive view offers the beauty of both Elliott Bay and the downtown skyline. Walsh Investment purchased the unfinished building in 1995 from the original developer who had begun development in 190 but.  was unable to complete construction of the project.

We completed an exterior renovation and a redesign of the building’s lobby and shared spaces. Each floor of the building was dedicated to a single condominium unit, except for the two floors which were required to be dedicated to parking. (Those parked cars sure enjoyed spectacular views!) For three of the condominiums/floors we worked with Tom Kundig from Seattle based architecture firm Olson Kundig to design unique custom interiors, including one which was featured in Architectural Digest.
