Keystone Office Building Development

Anchorage

1974

Ground up development of a 12,000 square foot low-rise office building to serve as Walsh Investment Company headquarters in the Mid town neighborhood of Anchorage

When Keystone Development acquired the large site it had a small existing office warehouse building. We built a new 12,000 square foot two-story office building and kept the existing building to lease out separately.

The first plan the architect submitted to the city was rejected which resulted in an expensive delay.

After serving as Walsh Investment Company headquarters for several years we later sold the property as part of a multi-building trade.

One of the original tenants, Bell Engineering, later acquired the building and they still occupy it today.
